The DCRI Service Desk provides technical assistance for DCRI-issued software and hardware and limited technical support for questions related to non-DCRI computers, software, and web-based applications. They are available to take your call 6 a.m. to midnight (Eastern Time [UTC-5:00/-4:00]), Monday through Friday, except DCRI holidays.
When you access the DCRI Intranet, you can browse through user guides, web-based training modules (WBTs), and
quick reference cards (QRCs) for information related to DCRI-issued software on online Learning Centers covering a variety of topics.
