WELCOME TO DCRIconnect

The DCRI grants access to its network resources to authorized associates, partners, contractors, and vendors with various remote access applications collectively called DCRIconnect. To remotely connect to the DCRI network (see When You Need Remote Access), you must have a valid Duke-issued NetID (also called a username) and working password. If you do not have these, get in touch with your DCRI contact.

Most non-employee remote users are granted Remote Access to DCRI resources for six months. If continued access is needed after that date, your DCRI contact must contact the DCRI Service Desk to request an extension.

LOOKING AT iDCRI/CITRIX

The web-based application in the DCRIconnect family for users not employed by the DCRI is iDCRI, also called Citrix. This browser-based solution provides you with secure access to DCRI network resources, including the DCRI Intranet, shared network drives/directories you have permission to access, and secure web applications such as the Duke LMS (Learning Management System).
