WELCOME TO DCRIconnect

The DCRIconnect family offers a few remote access solutions. Remote access capabilities are not only important to those who regularly work from a distance, but also to local employees/contractors when they are at home or traveling. Whenever you need to access DCRI network resources—and your DCRI-issued laptop is not in a docking station at the DCRI and is out of reach of DCRI wireless networks—use a DCRIconnect solution (see When You Need Remote Access).

The DCRI provides two web-based applications for secure Remote Access to DCRI network resources, including the DCRI Intranet, shared network drives/directories you have permission to access, and secure web applications such as Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Time Card:

  • Cisco AnyConnect, also called the Duke Medicine VPN
  • Citrix, short for Citrix Receiver

Both applications require you to log on by entering your Duke NetID and network password.
