INSTALLING CISCO ANYCONNECT

To install Cisco AnyConnect you must:

  • Have a high-speed Internet connection (wired or wireless).
  • Have a valid Duke NetID and working password.
  • Have enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication.
 

Download Cisco AnyConnect in one of two ways:

 
  1. Open the Self Service application.

     

  2. Find Install DHTS Cisco VPN Client, and then click its Install button.

    An install message appears.

  3. Click the Install button.

    A bar across the center top area shows the progress of the installation. When done, a warning message appears informing you that the computer requires a restart.

  4. Click OK, and then restart your computer.
