  •     A DCRI-issued MacBook
  •     A home OS X computer (MacBook or desktop) and you want to access
              either a Windows Virtual Machine (VM) or the Desktop of your DCRI-issued
              Windows computer powered on at your desk in a DCRI facility
  •     An Apple iPad

  You are an Associate, Sponsor, Partner, or Vendor authorized to access the DCRI network.

Note: The use of a public computer to access DCRI resources is strongly discouraged.

The DCRI Service Desk provides technical assistance for DCRI-issued software and hardware and limited technical support for non-DCRI computers, software, and web-based applications.
